Juventus considering a move for Raheem Sterling as they search for new winger

Sterling joined Stamford Bridge from Manchester City for £50m in 2022, despite disappointing performances at the club.
The 29-year-old’s wages are believed to be in excess of £300,000 and he has been laboring over a deal in west London for three years.
Juventus considering a move for Sterling
The Blues have agreed a £51.4m deal to sign Wolves winger Pedro Neto, which could see Sterling drop down the pecking order.
Ideally, Chelsea would likely want to take Sterling’s wages off the books and reinvest them elsewhere.
Sterling has few suitors and he reportedly turned down an offer from Saudi Arabia last summer.
Sterling has three years left on his Chelsea contract.
However, Italian outlet Di Marzio reports that Juventus are interested in Sterling and that he is one of the options they are considering for a new winger.
The report adds that the Italian giants are considering a loan deal and are interested in Porto’s Francesco Conceicao and Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho.
Juventus are reportedly gathering information to understand the conditions of a potential deal and whether it is possible.
Sterling, who was booed at times by Chelsea fans last season, scored eight goals and provided four assists in 31 Premier League games.
With Neto’s imminent arrival, Sterling will compete for minutes with the Portuguese as well as the likes of Mihailo Mudric and Noni Maduek.
Sterling has shown some flashes of brilliance in pre-season under Maresca, but his performances have remained inconsistent and lacked the final form that has befallen many of Chelsea’s attackers.
It will be interesting to see what serious offer the Blues decide to make, and reports have consistently suggested that Sterling is very happy with life in London.
